How to STOP Ddos Attack on Apache?

    Anyone know how can i stop a Ddos attack on my apache server and websites? when i typed in the domain name www.mywebsite.com it doesnt work but when i type in my localhost url it work... Please help!

    There is no way of stopping the traffic of a ddos attack from flowing to some site. You may try to ask your admin if he can mitigate it through the datacenter router

    You can block certain ranges of IP addresses via your .htaccess file if you know which country the attacks are from. However, the majority of those attacks are staged from bot-nets residing in just about any country.
