Which platform did you use to do the domain trade?
seems like you need some real escrow service to avoid such issue of transfer back.

dont understand, where are you buying the names from?

Once the name is transferred to you, its YOURS. If the names are with godaddy, so have them transferred to namecheap.com or dont buy them, its that simple

To protect yourself from being ripped off, or the names not delivered, do the transfer with namecheap.com. With namecheap if someone agrees to sell the name for $200, you just buy it through namecheap, and the instant that you buy it, the domain is in your account, and they get the money -> its that simple.

i didnt bought them from a platform but direct from a user!
Now he every week is ripping me off and gets his domains back (2-3 domains/per week) he maybe is thinking that i dont know that he is stealing them! i sended him over 50 emails to not steal! but what to do now
how much does it cost to send them from Godaddy to Namecheap and how?
And can he tranfer back the domain? if not i can send them all to namecheap

you should contact the registrar(s) involved in the transfer (or push) and show them the proof that the domains were sold to you and your a new legitimate owner and the transfer/push reversal they have made for an old owner is illegal
