How To Stick An Article On Blog Layout Category Page

    I try to stick an article on my Blog layout category page but is not working...

    I dont know why? I change the order to 1, then I refresh my browser but I still I get the same results. Have a look here:

    I want the article South America Destinations:
    To come first. :confused:
