What do you do to stay up late at night? I've tried coffee but unfortunately I think I've built somewhat of a tolerance to it Does anyone use energy drinks such as red bull? Just looking for healthy suggestions (but... there are probably none since staying up isn't the healthiest thing to do...)
I used to be up all night without any problems as the years go by it get harder and harder. If I for some reason have to be up all night nowdays a mix of caffeine + nicotine + liquids with sugar + food often helps.
Try No-Doze. But dont overdo it ! Another tip is to wake up as late as possible that day in question.
I live at night. I love the silence, I can focus so much better. I actually live at day as well. My biological days are usually around 26-30 hours long, so once in a while I swap the day for the night and vice-versa. PS It's actually 4:03 AM now where I live.
