I just finished reading the discussion here about what to do with $25.- in online business. And recently I saw a similar thread about $250.- too (no link, sorry, I'm too lazy to search for it now). So now it seems quite logical to ask about how to start a profitable online thing with $2.5k (aka 2,500 green US dollars), doesn't it?
Well mate.. $2.5k.. it's amazing summ.. If you give me these money - I'll buy 2-3 website with passive revenue around 600-800 per month, and gone to Poland!.. )))
If you waste the money trying to flip websites, your ROI is contingent on finding a buyer. In this market, you may be waiting 90-180 days for higher end sites. The buyers simply are not out there, and those who are want sites for 6 months revenue instead of the standard 9-12+ depending on the type of site (established membership can get up to 18 mo). If you want the best way to invest your money, and to actually make your money back, and do it with minimal amount of time and effort them you need to do something like a CLIP STORE. You will immediately start getting a return on your investment with your updates. Over time, you can make more money outside of the clip store, and along the way you are not paying hefty start up fees for hosting and processing. This is by far the best way to start, and actually get ROI on your investment.
$2.5k is a good sum to invest online. But start with right niche, because later you will be in loss, if you spent on wrong niche like advertising on clickbank products, spending lot of time, and atlast, no sales will lead to ultimate loss. So, choose right niche and start with right decision.
Maybe my starting post wasn't clear enough, sorry for that. But the question really is not about how me to start with $2.5K, but rather how you would start with $2.5K (but of course no one is obliged to reveal his secrets and like that). Anyway, thanks for all replies, they are very interesting!
