    Link building is the heart of SEO. Until and unless you get quality back links your effort is of no value. You have to take the responsibly to take your blog to search engine result page. When you do not have relevant and high quality back links it is impossible. Keyword choosing is the hardest thing among the all. You may try Google Adwords Keyword External Tool but it will just give you an idea of the competition of the keyword in Google Adwords. So better try it with Google search Type: intitle:keyword. It will show you how many articles are there over the web with the title given by you. People say Market Samurai is the best for keyword reseacrh. I have not used it yet.So do not know how it works. Do on-page SEO for your blog neatly like meta tag, h1,h2 tag, alt tag in images like that. Once again it is back link which can lead you all the way.     I recommend article marketing. Write one good article. Spin it thoroughly and distribute widely. It's a good start....
