How to start selling domains?

    I have a few domains and I'm considering selling them, but I'm unsure of what process is involved. Sure, I can set up an auction here at DP or eBay, but how do I go about giving the sold domain to my buyer?

    Apologies for the noobish question but this the first time I've visited this particular forum. Any help will appreciated. Thanks :)

    Push it ? Transfer it?
    Maybe just by changing the owner's name for the domain?
