There isn't a simple way to do all this.Your question is just to general. But here is some tips. You need on-site and off-site seo. On-site seo means that you have to make your site readable for web spiders. That means using right keywords, using right headers, meta tags,.... Off-site seo means that you need many backlinks. But don't just post your link all around the web with anchor text "click here". Use keywords for anchor text that are relevant to your site. But all that wont help you much if you don't provide good content/service that will make your visitors to come back for more. If you need backlinks, try some link exchange, directory submittion, post links on forums, add coments on blogs,... Well seo is a more long term solution, but is much cheaper then advertising and you also get natural traffic, which is free. There is too many thinks to write them all here.

I agree there is no fast solution if you don't have years of experience or the cash to bye the experience. The long and short of what PixelHut is saying is correct.

    Good luck

    my friend:
    ppc is for short term
    seo for long term

    ppc for immidiate traffic
    seo for long term traffic

    ppc is very costly
seo is less costly ..some times free
