Well in Bosnia its hard to sell anything online, mostly because no paypal support and less then 20% of bosnians use credit cards, but again bank transfers are working fine, so it is possible but i am sure that you will earn more if you target english audience. I had website on local language, had it for more then a year, around 200.000 visitors monthly and pr5 which is really good for local website but from adsense i`ve earned less then 20$ a month, and because i didnt target some specific audiance i couldnt sell banners...eventually i sold it for 400$ to some seo guru. Now site is dead, he used it only for links. Where are you from Toni or odakle si ? I have few ideas, maybe we could start something.
