How to Start learning PPC without any expenditure on Adwords or Adcenter?

    Is here any trick or method to implement the PPC without investing in Adwords or adcenter. I want to learn the PPC and read it a lot from different - different resources like adwords. Please help me to implement a PPC campaign so i can prove my skills in this also.
