    Yes you can. You can use Adwords to generate ads for affiliate products/services and append your affiliate ID to the destination url in your ad setup.

    Yes, Google Adwords has the option to choose destination url.

    After sign up you may create ads keyword or site targeted.

    In keyword targeted ads you pay only when someone clicks on the ad.
    In site targeted ad you pay per 1000 impressions.
