How to start disputed in Alertpay ?

    Hi all, Today i'm going to a deal a person.I want to exchange some money so a person found me and say he told me that you will pay me alertpay and i will pay you in paypal.

    According to say i have been paid in alertpay and he dont pay yet.


    Please give me information that how to refund my balance and any other solution
