    Ya i am absolutely agree with others. If you are planning to do like this you have paid & unpaid both options also. If you have something new strategy then others you can choose your own way.

    You should first start by looking up free web host, some of the best are: 000webhost, xtreemhost, zymic.
    Then find a script for your directory site, use google to do so.
    Next try finding some tutorials on hosting websites, if you do not have any experience.
