The best thing you can do is to get links back to your site from sites with a simmilar niche, for example if you have a golf related site then get back links from other golf related sites. You can do this easily by going to www.linkmarket.net Another thing you must do is to create additional link pages on your site, Google does not like thousands of links on one page, they see that as link spamming. By adding extra link pages you can link with other sites outside of your sites niche. Head it by saying something like "please see links to other usefull sites". Good Luck, Joe.
