How To Start Adwords

I am new to useing adwords and i just setup my add and keywords. How to I start the campaign now? It says it paused. thanks

 

I assume you added payment details etc. you can make the ads live from your account.

 

Click on it and unpause or set to active?

 

Alright I got it to work yesterday but only got 7 clicks in the last 24 hours. What is some really low paying CPC

Yes, i agree with jashsayani ...add more keywords. You might want to check your maximum CPC bid also.

 

How many clicks you get will depend on a number of things,
firstly the search volume of the keywords you are using. If there are not that many people searching for your keywords then you won't get much clicks

Secondly your adcopy can have an impact on this, if for an example you got 50 impressions and then only those 7 clicks then you would have to tweak your Adcopy so it grabs the attention of the person searching on google.

 

You can find some low competitive keywords which giving good amount of traffic.
