I want to start a virtual credit card service but don't know the procedure of it, and how to start such a service. How much would it cost to start such a business?

Most individuals who start this kind of business, simply open a bank account which allows them to generate vcc's. They then sell or provide these vcc's to their customers.

 

Many banks allow you to create a vcc from your account balance.

 

First of all you have to check if they allow you to create the vcc. And when you find the right one, you can promote your business in a webmaster forum. I know a lot of non-US people who are looking for a vcc

 

I think you'll need a bank or something with the option of creating vcc's. Then you can sell them. Best way to do so is find existing people that already sell but watch it how you present yourself because you are a potential competitor
