Id also love to start with this too, but nobody seems willing to give you the information on where you purchase the VCC's from so you can resell them.

fair enough i suppose, they want to protect their investment, and by telling everybody about it, they are gonna have more competition.

    Thats correct.

I have a credit card with unlimited vcc creation facility. But dont know how to start selling it. Should I start a website? Is it legal? Last three days I created 3 vcc's and verified on paypal, bought domain from namecheap, then made a hosting account. I need to put money into my account before creating vcc's.

Indians can use HDFC Bank's NetSafe card. It is valid for only one transaction!

all those cards sold here for prices of 5$ or similar are created from hdfc account i think. but normally those cards are for personal use only and not for reselling. there exist companies who can set up "virtual card programms" for you. those cards will not like those sold here exp. within shortest time, also they are for multiple use and have online account access. one of those companies for example is www.cardex.com. but don´t think you can start such a programm from now to tomorrow. this needs some time. and also much more money to setup then you probably think of. it is not that you can buy then only 20 cards or so, youhave tobuy then probably from 1000 above.

    regards

A virtual credit card is a preloaded card. It gives the card holder the security not to have to give his real cc info to any online shop, which could be hacked or similar. If this happens the shop only has the card details of the virtual cc, so the cardholder has "nothing" too loose besides the rest in the VCC. If this would happen with the real cc info hackers could buy things from the cc the credit limit is reached. This would be much more expensive. So the cardholder has a feeling of protection.

    Ah thanks.
I can see the attraction .
The use is actually far deeper than that in which case. A tremendous number of people in the UK alone CANNOT get a credit or debit card due to past credit history.
This is something far bigger than that, it is the world banks are creating a scare or rather a problem which is hacking cloning etc, and then providing the solution which is a preloaded card.
The only people protected are the banks............... Standard buyers rights means you are hacker safe anyway!
This is a clever tool aimed at getting 3% from the subprime market who can't get cards and 3 % from merchants
    Big brother strikes again.
