How to start a VCC business?

    Anyone here can help me with that?
    I need to know what is needed to start a vcc business
    How to generate VCC's?
    What's the process?
    Which site do i have to use?
    I dont need tips on how to sell and those things cause the vcc's will be used for personal purposes.

    VCC means Virtual Credit Card !
    Its same as Credit Card but have a prepaid amount in it !

    you can easily find this service in your coutry , because many banks are providing the vcc facility .

    Well, im not sure if they do in my country, However, my country is Peru(south america), We have many banks here... we have 2 international ones:
    -Citibank
    -Interbank
    Tell me if they will work :D
