Hi, I am looking to get into local lead gen and start doing pay per lead but started to like pay per sale even if I paid less to start. The only issue I have is how do I know a business owner is being honest about making a sale. I see there are a lot of businesses that do this just woundering if all of them have to rely on the good will of the business owner. Thanks again!
