I am new to ebay and i bought some items from ebay. I like to start my own ebay business. But i don't know where to start. I see lots of peoples are earning $1000 a day. I want to be one of them. Can anyone pleae help me with this.

Do you mean buy and sell items manually or earn off affiliates? IE set up an online Ebay store and take commissions?
good idea, but same as in real life,if you gonna earn money online, you need to work for it. eBay is good place for start a serious earnings, web is fill with information how you can profit via eBay.I just returned from job and realy tired too,so unable to write deep in details, first i must know where are you from...if you are with US and Canada, than you are just some steps away by starting your online business with eBay. Good and register on ebay, after go and register paypal.When you have done both,include verification accounts and etc,than just start to find stuff, what you can sale on eBay.As start,i'llgive you advise, give a try most selling items like cellphones,ipods,laptops,clothing,shoes and etc.You can choose what ever you like and feel comfortable.Than simply list you item on eBay and sitt back, rest of after will do eBay. My personal advise, as one TRY,start from your home,look around stuff in home that you have no need, could be old TV, dvd players, recordrs, furnitures and etc. If you plan for professional, than just go to google and find wholesalers within categories of your interest like electronics etc,than buy cheaper and sell with profit. Interesting thread! I thought about ebay business too. There are several ways that I researched for before. 1) Find products and sell it - the straight way. Yet, this is not an easy way. You have to find a quality product that can compete in thousands of other similar products offer in ebay. One important thing is the budget plan. Since ebay and paypal take quite a large percentage of money here and there, you need to put together a spreadsheet to understand the possible cost and potential profit margin. 2) Dropshipping. Some people may suggest to try dropshipping. However, I either have found a lot that are not legit or have some legit companies that their high dropship prices will give your margin very minimum. 3) Affiliate. Some programs allow you to put ebay products on your website and you simply run a site to direct traffic. You get commission when people buy the ebay products through the direct link from your site. The conversion rate is however very questionable. Personally, I agree with the previous post that start the business from your home. Sell something first and gain the experience. Then, try to find a product which you know and you can sell it good on ebay. You should always be the one to control the quality of product and the logistic of it. Just some comments Hope this helps! To start an ebay business you simply need to do the following: 1. Find some hot products to sell. Research, research, and do more research! 2. Then find a wholesaler for your hot products. Be ready to have atleast 10k in cc line. 3. Make professional listings and sell your products 4. Enjoy your new found wealth! That was a little clear cut but that's basically what you do. With the first two being the hardest.
Its easy. You can do it by buying thing from ebay at cheaper price. And then sell it at ebay at higher price. Of course,this will involve many research such as which product is worth and is high in demand

I have planned to start a ebay business. But i am a college student studying Btech. I am not interested in studies. My whole interest is in earning money ( want to earn $2000/day ). I have planned to reduce my studies and concentrate on ebay business, it is good to do that. My daddy is a businessman he is manufacturing mops. Can i sell them in ebay. Any idea please.

ye, and it will be VERY hard to get 2k/day with no big investment (money and time). You will have loads of competition yes. I think you should complete studies, so that if you fail at ebay, you can pickup where you left
I'd keep studying and do the business in your spare time, then when you finish studying in however many years you can go full time with your online business.
I strongly suggest you to focus on your studies and secure your career, first. Have some backup plan.
I second that. You wouldn't know if this whole ebay thing would be a success or what, let's just say it turn out to be a failure and you'll be left with nothing.
