How to Split Header (Title) Section on Blogger Into two sections!

I would like to be able divide my title header section in two parts.
I have seen it on many site and many of them put ads beside their header title.
So i would like to know how is it possible?

To split blog header in new blogger template it is required to edit few HTML code in blog. To split blog header in new blogger template follow the instructions from the link below.
