How to split CB income 3 ways?

Right now we can split 2 ways:

    - publisher
    - affiliate

But I'm thinking of getting an expert to help design a product. He can make the product and I'll do the marketing.

How can we split the income? CB doesn't offer this facility if we want to use affiliates also.

Has anyone done this arrangement before and has any suggestions? I know I could pay the expert a fixed fee but it would probably need to be thousands and that's a lot of risk. I think its lower risk and fairer to offer expert a percentage.

you can set it up to go into a joint bank account if you really wanted to and lived in the same country etc.

Or what people generally do when there is a lot of trust involved one guy will hold the CB account in his name and then pay the other guy by paypal after every cheque

Exactly, just pay him after you earn your check via paypal or whatever money transfer is preferred by you.

I believe there is other software that you can integrate with Clickbank that allows you to do what you are describing, but I don't remember what it was. Try searching through clickbank products affiliate pages (in CB listing) you may be able to find the software.

Partnerships always have a way of getting messy. Just contract the product creation work out to him.
