    Hi friends.

    My site is very slow recently! I am using smf forum 1.1.13 version. Sometimes it takes 3-5 seconds to load.
    What should I do speed up smf please? My site:

    free adult videos (+18)

    Mods like shoutbox Reputation Points systems slow down forums. Another thing if you only have 1gb space & you have like 750mb+ of space used up clean up the forum from time to time deleted dead old threads that are older than 6 months forums that are not cleaned up from time to time run slow

    If you are on using a shared virtual server then move to a dedicated machine. I've had a situation where my forum was suffering not because of my forum but rather because of the neighbors that were constraining the CPU performance.

    I've got a dedicate machine, speed improved drastically.
