How to solve this problem?

    Previously my website keeping outsider links via frames.


    Structure of the link is: 
    [url]http://livestreamingx.com/o/index.php?url=http://www.streamdirecta.com/[/url]
    Code (markup):
    But from last day i noticed that it automatically convert the link into this format:

    [url]http://livestreamingx.com/o/?url=http://www.streamdirecta.com/[/url]
    Code (markup):
    and getting a 404 error.
