I got mail daily from my server

IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
This is cPanel stats runner on xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
While processing the log files for user xxxxxx, the cpu has been
maxed out for more than a 6 hour period. The current load/uptime line on the server at the time of
    this email is
    16:42:54 up 12 days, 6:02, 0 users, load average: 1.53, 2.14, 4.08
You should check the server to see why the load is so high and take
steps to lower the load. If you want stats to continue to run even with a high load; Edit
/var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus to a number larger then 0 (run
/usr/local/cpanel/startup afterwards to pickup the changes).

    How to solve this?

the log files could be huge and the server might find it difficult to process. enable log rotation in cpanel and dont keep logs that are older than say 3 months. If you think you need to keep old files, back them up and keep the logs that cpanel works with as tiny as possible.
