Well, I have got a problem in my BSNL Broadband and the BSNL employees are not helping me. They are stupid for sure as they don't know anything. I am calling them from last 4 days and even then they haven't solved my problem. Whenever I connect it says "Error:691 Invalid username or password". And I am using the correct one as supplied by bsnl. Is there any trick to use BSNL Broadband by doing something?? Or how to reset my password?? - Digital -
Seems like a problem from their part. No chance to solve it unless, they solve it for you Try visiting your nearby BSNL office and shout on them
why dont u try to post in the india broadband forums.? members are mor helpful and knowledged about indian isp's there.
