How to solve a fatal error in Microsoft's windows xp SP2?

I have windows xp sp2 in my PC...some times my pc has automatically shut down and a blue screen appeared....Some told me k this is a "FATAL ERROR".... i JUST WANNA KNOW HOW TO FIX IT????this annoyed me a lot.......

[TD]Hi, there are some files issing or got corrupt, if you don't have any necessary data then it is good to re install the window other wise take the window repair for it if you have data.

hmm.........would love to hear frm u again..........

 

this error occurred when some of the system files corrupted. there is another reason for blue screen as well, which is RAM.
You have to Reinstall WINDOWS and if still windows gives you the same error then you should have to change RAM.

 

Actually the blue screen doesn't appear all the time.......Some times it appears and shut down my p.c..........

 

hey you could just erase everything in your pc with a technician if you dont have any important info there

 

i think you must reinstall windows and then all problem gone.....
