You need to slice the image using the slice tools or use imageready to slice the image into smaller part, then try to convert it to html.

Yes I know it can be done by slice too in Imageready.

But how to select those smaller parts ? how many parts to select ?

I'm not clear what your object is but try this

Use the slice tool to make the slice and "slice select tool" to select and edit the hyperlinks and all.

use the slice tool and then once you have it all "sliced up" click "save for web" on the file menu and it will save as different images

Picking what bits to slice and how isn't exactly something that one can write a tutorial about. Your best bet is to get a good understanding of HTML and CSS, and how to structure layouts, and then you'll know what you need to slice and how to.

Even though, I must say that I haven't sliced a single layout for a few years now, even though I work as a web designer. Crop is much quicker, and you can optimise each piece manually(png/gif/jpg) whereas sliced layouts get saved all as one format in most cases.
