how to sigh up a blog at free-blog.in?

    I want to register a blog at http://www.free-blog.in/, however, when I click the sigh up button, it comes back to the homepage, anybody have the solution? Does this blog directory not allowed to sigh up now?

    You have to ask the blog owner about the signup issues.
