How to show the full article in the index page.. [Wordpress]

    Hello,

    I have installed a new template for my WP blog.. But there is a problem in the main page, which is the article isn't shown (only a part of it)

    I want to show the full article.. And I want to know how to replace the [...] with another word+url

    example : [More]
