How to show the banner(head) first

    My website shows the body first when i open it,and then a big picture banner is showed,which seems not good.I want to show the banner first(head),and then the body,finally the foot is showed.Hopefully i could get some idea from you!Any codes?

    your website page is a big Table or Divs? i think if is table it maybe the problem
    if i will add link to your page i can be more useful
