How to show Sitelinks in Search Engine Result

    It will display automatically to the search result page, when your site get popularity. Just wait and watch.

    Breadcrumb links and sitelinks are not the same thing. Breadcumb navigation is displayed on your website, sitelinks get displayed in search results on Google.

    Sitelinks are generated from a combination of website authority (i.e. inbound links), traffic, and branded keywords. Google automatically generates your sitelinks using its secret algorithm. When you have sitelinks on Google, you can control them via Google Webmaster Tools.
