how to show separate post in one page? ( wordpess )

Guys.. i need your help. any body here knows bout how to show separate post in one page (on wordpress) ? like this..

 

Hello,

So you want to display the posts in home page but 1 post in top and next post will left to each other in 3 each row.
So want to break the post for first where you don't want to put in while loop and for the rest exclude the first one with in while loop.

You need to word around with wordpress loops.
