How to show posts like this theme?

    Hey folks,
    I want to ask how this site http://watchonline2.org is showing many posts on one page. Each movie is representing a Post.

    Can anyone refer me to any theme like this which have this function.

    I am using a plug-in named Tubepress to be able to do something like this. It does not look exactly like this page, but displays as many videos as you want, and then as each is selected for view, it plays at the top if it is a whole page of videos like your link. It will also insert videos in the sidebars. The plug-in is at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tubepress/

    What they are doing is, showing the feautred image of the post on the home page with its permalink. I guess I can make something like that. Contact me if you want some help on that :)
