How to show partial post on blogger home

Hi friends, I thought I will be able to solve this problem but couldn't find proper help material on the net.

How do I make only a part of my post to be shown on the home page and when a user clicks on a link then he/she will be taken to the individual page where complete post will be shown. What I mean is shown below;

Post Heading

__________________________________
__________________________________
_____ Read More

Above post is incomplete and the text "Read More" is a link which will take you the individual post page which in turn will show the complete post. Does anyone have an idea how to overcome this?
