    You need to have the adequate keywords at your content, so that you have relevant ads.

    Content + content + content.

    When do you guys are going to learn it? It's all about content. Period. Like Jarod said, you need keywords = content.

    If your content is ambiguos, there is some code, often overlooked by Adsense publishers, to "help" the googlebot to recognize the right/impotrant theme.

    The HTML tags to emphasize a page section take the following format:
    <!-- google_ad_section_start -->
    <!-- google_ad_section_end -->

    You can also designate sections you'd like to have ignored by adding a (weight=ignore) to the starting tag:
    <!-- google_ad_section_start(weight=ignore) -->

    I'll give a practical example from my work for a customer.

    The client is running a spanish language turism site and part of his company name is "vista"!

    Placing Adsense on his pages, the ads that appeared immediatly had been targeted on software and Microsoft's "vista"

    I used the ad section ignore code the following way:

    <!-- google_ad_section_start(weight=ignore) -->vista<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

    The correct ads related to turism appeared within less than a minute!

    As has already been pointed out, a wider variety of keywords would be helpful to you.

    Just out of curiosity, how are the clicks? If the click-through rate is Ok, I would really not worry about that the ads are, or if there are only a few of them. What is important is how much money you are earning. :)

    Let the content of your forum revolves around your targeted keywords and use ad filters to avoid a particular type of ad being displayed.

    Use these commands to tell google what content to use for displaying ads

    <!-- google_ad_section_start -->
    <!-- google_ad_section_end -->

    This will help to show relevant ads.

    I can give you suggestions only if I see how your site looks. A link to your site via PM will be handy :)

    its the content. you cannot edit your adsense code once generated. relavant content brings related ads. however, you can do section targeting to tell google which part of the page it should look at to get related ads.

    Try to focus on keywords, not spamming your page or anything, but try to incorperate more of you keywords in between your text.
