Well, I think your Register link should appear as an image and be a unique color if you want it to stand out and easy to find. I would also probably go more horizontal... the coding appears to be a bit off. I would have the Login button on top of the Register button, and then the Forgot Password link off further to the right. The login form should be on the left.
