   I am new to wordpress.
   
   My template got wordpress read more hack already installed.
   
   Please guide me in changing the READ MORE words limit. And i want to show One image before my read more button.

   To change the limit of words try a plugin like Excerpt Reloaded.
   
   Use Custom fields to add an image. A plugin like Post Image is helpful.
