How to show comments and comment form on the same page of wordpress post?

    I need help here. How to show comments and comment form on the same page of wordpress post? My Watch Free Channel blog don't show my comment form below each post. Is there a plugin? I saw other blog show it below their post.:confused:

    goto admin panel then see design>>theme editor>> single post.php in this php file add the following code to see the comment form or the comments:

    <p><span class="comment"><?php comments_popup_link('Leave a Comment', '1 Comment', '% Comments'); ?></span></p>
