How to Setup RSS (New To rss)

    :) hello
    i have a site that i want to display its contents on another sites using rss to keep seeing fresh contents on the second site so how to setup rss on it and how to display contents on the second site ?

    i am completely new to this please make it easy for begininers

    you need two things,

    A script to display the rss feed, if you have php I recommend zfeeder.
    The feed, you can create your own channel and add your own feed items at http://www.rss-wiki.com/

    ok i understand first part i will setup a script on my first site that i want to deed other sites with its contents but second part i dont get it well please explain it
