I need help for someone who has already setup a business in india, I want to separate out my online income from my salary by setting up a business in my families name. I need informations like 1. Where do I register the business? 2. Do I need a trade license ? 3. Do I need to pay advance tax every month ? or can I pay the tax at the end of the year ? 4. What is the limit of foreign exchange I can encash in my bank without violating FEMA or any such rule 5. Do I need to contact a CA or we can manage it ourselve?
