How to setup all outgoing links in wordpress posts to open in a new window?

Is there a way to do this so that it happens automatically by itself (without you manually inserting the target attribute for href) for every link you insert in your post?

Any Plugins or code to do so?

    Thanks :)

I recall the WYSIWYG editor in WP has an option to automatically direct outgoing links to new page. I remember it worked fine, but there were so many other annoyances (for me) with WYSIWYG, I went back to the regular editor. You might see if the WYSIWG can work for you.

A plugin would still be helpful.
