How to set up proxy ip?

    Hello,

    I'm interested in setting up a proxy ip address, but do not know how to get started.

    What do I need to do to set one up?

    Also, can I get in "trouble" with my cable company for setting this up?

    First of all - I would read your companies TOS (Terms of Service). If they say don't do it, then they probably have restrictions in place already or will be monitoring for this activity.

    This doesn't mean you can't put the proxy on your standard ports like 80...

    I strongly advise making sure you have permission to do this - I kinda doubt you do :)

    Anyways - I believe their are plenty of proxy apps out there - try www.download.com
