How to set up Paypal payment processor exactly like this....

I want to set up payment processor like the below one,

That is, the customer should be able to enter their wished quantity (no. of item) and the price should be calculated automatically according to the items entered, like show in the above link.

You can notice that they can update totals.

Can anyone tell how to set up or get this payment processing link on my website.

Another thing is,

After the client makes the payment they should be taken to
my website to fill out the instructions about the order which will to emailed to my email address.

So which will be better,

Standard Website Payment

or

Express Check out
