no one setup an adsense site. people setup a site with content keeping visitors in mind and then monitize the site with adsense. adsense setup site you are talking about reminds me of MFA (made ofr adsenes) sites which i would suggest you to stay away from do you already have an adsense account? if not, then you need to know that adsense is very strict on approving applications these days and you need a high quality site with a domain which is atleast 6 months old to get approved
I suggest you get some good quality content on your website first then when you get approved for adsense put it on. Remember to actually add value to the visitor and not just have the website main purpose of making money from adsense this way you will still earn in the future as people will see your website as a good source of information. You don't even need any html knowledge because the adsense code is simply cut and paste.
get wordpress installed on your hosting, add some (unique) content, submit the site to digg, reddit and furl, as soon as google has indexed your site - (24 to 48 hours) apply for the adsense program, keep adding fresh content, do some articles and submit them to ezinearticles.com etc and bob's your uncle
