Hi Everyone, Can anyone help me set up Goals on Google Analytic? With regards to REFERRAL Campaign. What is the best thing to do to or is there a way to to have a tracking mechanism to monitor if these referred friends actually clicked on our site or viewed the site?
Every Web site has conversion points, actions you want your visitors to take to move them down the sales funnel.
Can you share your website details and your website objective for what you have developed your website.
this is my website odusee(dot)com(dot)au our objective is to track how many people clicked on our site or viewed the site with our referral campaign. here's the link:Â http://www.odusee.com.au/promos/form.php
Hi Maddie, I checked your website and found that your goal page is http://www.odusee.com.au/promos/form.php?u=ed634cfa0eb853f373223cd863ce0e0f&s=1. A user reaches at this page once he fills up the form http://www.odusee.com.au/promos/form.php. since your main objective is to get this form filled by users. You can set these pages in your Goal section. Below are the steps how to set them goal in analytics: 1) Login into your GA account 2) Edit your profile 3) click on Add Goal in Goals section 4) Write the Goal name and keep url destination as your goal type 5) In goal details, keep Match type as Exact and put '/promos/form.php?u=ed634cfa0eb853f373223cd863ce0e0f&s=1' in Goal URL 6) Now go to Goal funnel and put '/promos/form.php' in step 1 and mark this step as required. 7) Now save the goal Once you are done with it, you will soon start tracking how many visitors are actually filling up your form and what are their sources. Hope this would help you setting up your goals.

For example: If you go to htt://www.odusee.com.au/jobs If you search for a location and type of jobs you will be directed to the results page. Example:Â http://www.odusee.com.au/jobs/search?ad=f&ct=190&qy=Financial+Accountant&lc=Pert&rd=10 can we track the conversion or number of visits going to the result page? Please I need your expertise guys. Many thanks!Â
Go to your goals section and create a goal with following instructions: 1) In goal details, keep Match type as Head Match and put '/jobs/search?qy=' in Goal URL 2) Now go to Goal funnel and put '/jobs' in step 1 and mark this step as required. This goal would provide you with the details how many users have searched for the jobs on your webiste. Hope you will find it useful.
To set up your Google Analytics goals, you will go to your Analytics account and change the profile of your site. Having your website information, you will see a section for goals. Click + Add order to begin the configuration. Just set your goal with a specific name and a destination URL. Then paste the full URL of the thank you page personalized to your domain. If you have an idea of what you would do each subscriber mailing list, you must report this amount as a possible target Goal and Save.

Hi Guys, I need help. I was making a custom report for our website and I found out that all of our 8 categories have the same number of UNIQUE VISITORS in a month. Is this possible? How come they have the same data? Is the data on our Google Analytics correct?Â
