How to set up cron job for wp-o-matic?

    Hi i am a little new to wordpress,learning few things slowly.
    I have to set up an auto blog from feeds from other blogs and for this i want to use WP-O-MATIC plugin.

    The problem is it is asking to set up cronjob which i dont know how to do.
    Its giving a 2 line code using which i am supposed to set up crontab.
    Also i want to have 5 posts per day.
    I know there is something called "cron jobs" in my hosting which has 2 options,one is standard and the other is advanced.
    I dont know which to select and how to go forward after that!!.

    Plz anyone tell me in details how to do this keeping in mind all the above .

    Can't post a live link but if you google setup WP-O-Matic Cron then click the result labeled Setting up the Cron Job for wp-o-matic in Cpanel | eruANNA (it was #4 for me) you'll get a step by step.
