What is it for exactly? ccbill is only billing system you do not need this if you are using a affiliate program, if you do use ccbill then you probably have your own unique content you want users to pay for etc

As that may be true, there are a billion free sites that offer naked pictures of all kinds that do not have that statement any where on their site.

I pretty much agree with the females asking for cash, but some might be enticed by dreams of fame as well.
PayPal cannot be used to get Paid by adult content or paying for adult content so forget about that as a payment option.
I believe ccBill is the largest payment processor for adult related sites. I may be wrong, but this is what I have seen.
