How to set up a Landing Page on Blogger (blogspot) ?

    This is like the mother of all blospot questions. I've wondered how to do this for years...if anyone knows how I'd love to hear as well. Even though I use Wordpress mainly, I have some blogs on Blogger as well. Thanks :)
