how to set up a dedicated server

    is there any tutorial to help me set up a dedicated server account?? i am looking to shift from a shared sever to a dedicated one but i really dont know how to set it up...

    Have you picked who you are going to use for the dedicated Server yet?

    Do you currently use a control panel?

    Will the new sever use the same one if you use one?

    i was thinking of shifting to data pipe..heard that it was a good one...i am currently using hostgator

    Personally, I would get a managed dedicated server and not have to worry about setting it up.
